Apostle Johnson Suleman, a Nigerian pastor, responded to actress Halima Abubakar’s public apology.
Halima had apologised deeply and backed down on her dispute with the well-known priests just hours prior. She expressed regret to Apostle Suleman for disparaging him and hurting his family and ministry in other ways.
The actress apologised for any false accusations she made against the cleric and asked for his pardon. She also conveyed her sincere apologies for damaging his reputation, hoping that her letter would somewhat mend the harm.
Apostle Suleman highlighted that forgiveness isn’t memory loss and urged people to stop contacting his phone on the microblogging site Twitter, which is now known as X. He declared to be maintaining the status quo.
