The new Champions League’s league phase draw has taken place.

This year, instead of the group stage that fans were used to, the competition will open with a league round that is “Swiss-style.”

In addition, 36 teams—instead of the customary 32—will compete.

Rather than the customary December, the league phase will conclude at the end of January.

The teams that place ninth through 24th will be drawn in a two-leg play-off to guarantee a spot in the competition’s final 16, while the top eight teams will automatically advance to the knockout stages.

All contests are exclusive to teams ranked 25–36.

A few of the fixtures are as follows:

Man City will face Inter, Club Brugge, Feyenoord and Sparta Prague at Home. They will then have PSG away, Juventus away, Sporting Lisbon away and Bratislava away.

Inter Milan will play Leipzig h, Man City a, Arsenal h, Leverkusen a, Red Star h, Young Boys a, Monaco h, Sparta Praha a.
