Carabao Cup: Semi-final fixtures confirmed after Arsenal eliminate Crystal Palace

The semi-final line-up for this season’s Carabao Cup has been finalized.

Arsenal secured their spot after a penalty shoot-out victory over Crystal Palace on Tuesday night.

This quarter-final was the last to be decided, with three other semi-finalists already confirmed.

Despite dominating most of the match, Mikel Arteta’s side only took the lead in the second half due to an own goal by Maxence Lacroix.

Marc Guehi’s late equalizer sent the game to penalties, where Kepa Arrizabalaga made a crucial save from Lacroix.

Arsenal will face Chelsea in the semi-finals, while Manchester City is set to play Newcastle United.
