Borno State police apprehended two couples for having sex inside the All Saints Protestant Church, Police College, Maiduguri, the state’s capital.

On Monday, February 12, 2024, at approximately 11:40 am, the couple—Kaka Ali Umar of Damboa Road and Khadija Adam of the Ngomari area, Maiduguri—were apprehended in the act.

When they were discovered, Rev. Danjuma Adamu told the police that they were having intercourse within his church.

According to Khadija, Kaka Ali gave her N1,000 for a brief session.

The two suspects are being held as the matter is looked into more.
