Cristiano Ronaldo, captain of Al Nassr FC, has finally won the Saudi Pro League title.

They were confirmed champions on Thursday following a 4-2 victory over relegation-threatened Damac FC.

The title race went down to the final day after Al-Nassr dropped points dramatically against Al Hilal SFC the previous week.

Jorge Jesus’ side knew there was no room for mistakes against a Damac team battling to avoid relegation.

Ronaldo got on the scoresheet, with his brace helping Al Nassr secure the league title ahead of rivals Al Hilal.

Sadio Mane opened the scoring in the first half before second-half goals from Kingsley Coman and Ronaldo’s double sealed the victory.
