In the ongoing sex trafficking trial of Sean “Diddy” Combs, prosecutors have accused the rapper of forcing a male escort to urinate in the mouth of his ex-girlfriend, Cassie Ventura.

Opening statements were made on May 12, following the completion of jury selection.

Combs has pleaded not guilty to multiple charges, including racketeering conspiracy, sex trafficking, and transporting individuals for prostitution.

Assistant U.S. Attorney Emily Johnson alleged that the incident took place during one of Combs’ notorious “freak off” parties, which were said to involve elaborate sexual activities with male escorts and women who were reportedly coerced or forced into participation.

Johnson claimed that during one of these parties, Combs allegedly directed the unnamed escort to urinate in Cassie’s mouth, after which she reportedly said she “felt like she was choking.”

The prosecution also referenced a 2016 video that appeared online, allegedly showing Combs physically assaulting and dragging Cassie through a hotel hallway.

Additionally, male escort Daniel Phillip testified that he was frequently hired to engage in sexual activities with Cassie, claiming he was paid as much as $6,000 per encounter. He also testified that Combs would sometimes direct the activities or record them.

Phillip further revealed to jurors that Cassie had allegedly asked him to urinate on her during one of their encounters.

“Cassie was actually the one that asked me urinate on her,” he recalled.

“She asked me if I had ever done that before, then told me to do it. Apparently, I wasn’t doing it right, because they both corrected me,” the witness stated, adding, “I felt like I was dealing with someone who had unlimited power. Even if I went to the police, I believed I could still lose my life.”

Last week, Diddy’s defense team revealed plans to argue that Cassie actively participated in mutual violence throughout their relationship.

Cassie is also expected to testify in the trial.

The founder of Bad Boy Records was arrested in Manhattan on September 16, 2024, and subsequently indicted by federal prosecutors in the Southern District of New York.

In addition, he faces accusations of sexually abusing 120 victims, including both men and women, as well as a 9-year-old boy.

If convicted on the racketeering charge, Diddy could face a life sentence in prison.

Furthermore, a conviction on the sex trafficking charges carries a mandatory minimum sentence of 15 years.
