André Silva, the younger sibling of Liverpool star Diogo Jota, has also lost his life.

As confirmed by Fabrizio Romano, the 25-year-old, who played for Penafiel in Portugal’s second division, died following the same tragic accident.

Jota, 28, was reportedly traveling with his brother in the car when the crash happened in Spain.

The Daily Mail reported that the vehicle veered off the A-52 highway in Zamora province.

Jota had recently helped Liverpool secure the Premier League title in May, marking Arne Slot’s debut season as manager.
