Tanimu Turaki, the National Chairman of the Peoples Democratic Party, has advised Nigerians to embrace love, sacrifice, and humility this Christmas.

Turaki issued a statement on Wednesday in Abuja congratulating Christian party members and the Nigerian Christian community as a whole.

He stated that the virtues taught by Jesus Christ were “timeless principles” capable of altering Nigerian national life and promoting economic development.

Christmas, he says, continues to serve as a reminder of collective resilience and shared responsibility in building a stronger and more united nation.

“These are not merely seasonal virtues but timeless principles that can transform our country and usher in economic prosperity,” Turaki said.

He reassured Nigerians of the party’s commitment to fostering such values in politics, claiming that they held the key to the country’s collective goals.

Turaki urged individuals to be hopeful in the face of present socioeconomic hardships, pointing out that dedicated people frequently emerge stronger from adversity.

He prayed for peace and prosperity in Nigerian households, looking forward to a new year full of “God’s abundant blessings.”
