EPL: John Terry names five toughest strikers he’s ever faced

John Terry, a stalwart of Chelsea, has listed five of the hardest strikers he has ever encountered in the Premier League.

In a recent TikTok video that he uploaded to his account, the Englishman spoke.

Terry is regarded by many as one of the greatest defenders in Premier League history.

The former captain of Chelsea mentioned players like Harry Kane, Alan Shearer, Sergio Aguero, Wayne Rooney, and Thierry Henry.

Terry ranked Henry and Rooney as the first and second toughest strikers he has ever faced, stating, “Thierry Henry has to be number one for me.” The night before the game, I was anxious about one player.

“A very close second would be Wayne Rooney,” he stated.

Terry, who came in third, said of Aguero, “Again, for someone who [Aguero ] is really small, he was so strong and also wanted the fight.“

“Number four would have to be Alan Shearer. In number five, for me, has to be Harry Kane.” Terry said.
