Fani Kayode mocks Peter Obi’s running mate Baba-Ahmed Datti for kneeling before Tinubu

The former minister of aviation, Fani Kayode, poked fun at Baba-Ahmed Datti, the Labour Party’s 2023 vice presidential candidate, on Saturday. This came after Datti’s photo, depicting him kneeling before President Bola Tinubu, went viral.

Taken on Friday after the Juma’at prayer in the Abuja mosque, the picture depicts Datti on his knees shaking hands with the president he had fiercely contested in the previous year’s presidential elections.

While ridiculing Dr Datti, Fani Kayode said: “Dati the Daft quivers, shivers and bows before our leader and crawls on his little Obidient knees while wearing a big sheepish “I am sorry sir” smile on his fat Mauritanian face. Glory!”

Due to Datti’s gesture towards the president he has been criticizing, his photo has sparked a lot of responses.

Datti had stated a few weeks prior that Nigeria’s development has suffered dramatically under President Bola Ahmed Tinubu’s administration.

When Nigerians “wake up” and decide they want to take charge of their nation, anything can happen, according to Datti, who made this statement in an interview with ARISE PRIMETIME.
