Awardees include community-based organisations, healthcare providers, and grassroots initiatives, all working together to address the complex issues surrounding opioid addiction.
“We are honored to support organizations leading the charge in West Virginia’s response to the opioid epidemic,” said Jonathan Board, WVFF executive director. “This additional round of funding ensures that no promising idea is left behind and that impactful, community-driven solutions have the resources they need to save lives across West Virginia.”
The WVFF’s commitment to addressing opioid addiction in the state is evident through its continued investment in innovative and effective solutions. With this latest funding announcement, the foundation is further solidifying its role as a key player in West Virginia’s efforts to combat the opioid crisis
