In its effort to improve connectivity and offer convenient travel options, Ogun State-owned airline, Gateway Air, has announced new flight operations connecting major cities across Nigeria.
This was revealed in a statement issued over the weekend by the Special Adviser on Information and Strategy to Governor Dapo Abiodun, Hon. Kayode Akinmade.
According to the statement, Gateway Air will launch scheduled flight operations on the following routes starting Monday, 13th April 2026:
– Iperu to Abuja
– Abuja to Port Harcourt
– Abuja to Calabar
– Abuja to Jos
– Iperu to Kano
The airline stated that the one-way flights will be available on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, providing passengers with reliable and convenient travel options. Economy fares will start as low as ₦100,000.
This marks a significant step towards enhancing regional accessibility and providing efficient, dependable air travel services, while also fostering economic growth and connectivity across the nation.
