The Golden Dome Foundation, based in Holmdel, New Jersey, has committed a 10-year, $2 million grant to St. Peter School in Point Pleasant

The funding, which will provide $200,000 annually, is designed to establish a needs-based tuition assistance program alongside a student character development initiative. The tuition support will prioritize underprivileged families, children of St. Peter staff, and households with multiple children enrolled at the school. In addition, smaller scholarships will reward students who demonstrate leadership, respect, kindness, athletic talent, and academic excellence.

Fr. Robert Schlageter, pastor of St. Peter Church, described the initiative as a significant milestone for the school community.

“This is an investment in our families and our future,” he said. “This tuition assistance program is a reflection of our faith in action—supporting our community and building a legacy of opportunity for every student. This program will be transformational to members in our community.
