Nigerian defender Bruno Onyemaechi has secured the Greek Super League title with Olympiacos.

The Red and Whites clinched the championship with a narrow 1-0 win over AEK Athens on Sunday night.

Moroccan forward Ayoub El Kaabi netted the winning goal for the home side just 10 minutes into the second half.

With only three games left to play, Olympiacos has established an insurmountable lead at the top of the standings, sitting on 66 points.

Onyemaechi joined Jose Luis Mendilibar’s squad on a permanent move from Portuguese side Boavista in January.

Since his arrival, the left-back has featured in six league matches for the Greek giants.
