How my pastor ordered me to remove it – Lady opens up

According to Punch, a Nigerian woman named Jessica Okah has described how her pastor told her to take off her eyelashes during the church wedding ceremony.

Jessica, who shared her story on TikTok, revealed that the pastor had brought up her use of eyelashes prior to the wedding, but she had entirely forgotten about it since she thought it would be forgotten.

She said, “What would you do if your pastor asked you to remove your lashes in the middle of your wedding ceremony? It was like a movie, but it was happening for real.”

Jessica went on to tell how her pastor had reminded her to take out her eyelashes before the wedding, but only after her in-laws (her husband’s family) had embraced her.

When asked why she disregarded the pastor’s request to have her lashes taken out before her wedding, Jessica responded as follows:

“Let me not lie, I didn’t have a problem with it anyway, but truthfully, I forgot.

“He said before the service had to continue, I had to go and remove the lashes.”

In the video that she posted, her pastor could be seen interrupting the wedding due of her eyelashes; the service didn’t resume until she removed them.
