Renowned singer and activist Charles Chukwuemeka Oputa, better known as Charly Boy, has revealed that he is on the lookout for a wife for his son.
In a message posted on X last Friday, Charly Boy shared that his son is 46 years old, holds a master’s degree, and is 5 feet 11 inches tall.
He mentioned that his son has been married before but is now divorced and appears hesitant when it comes to relationships.
The musician emphasized that he is searching for a woman from a “good home with humble beginnings” and insisted that only genuine graduates need apply.
He said: “My people,
I still dey look for wife for dis my son.
E don marry once, divorce. Now, e be like say e dey fear woman.
Biko, if you’re from a good home with humble beginnings, DM me.
He is coming next month.
“He is a masters degree holder, age 46. 5ft 11ins.
Very humble.
If you’re not an authentic graduate don’t bother.
I need to tie him to Nigeria.”
Charly Boy added that his son, described as “very humble”, will be returning to Nigeria next month, and he hopes to “tie him to Nigeria” through marriage.
