Actress Samha M. Inuwa’s operating licence has been cancelled by the Kano State government due to her posting of inappropriate content and indecent attire.
Additionally, the authorities banned any movie that starred Samha.
Abdullahi Sani Sulaiman, the Information Officer for the Censorship Board, released a statement on Saturday informing the public of this.
Sulaiman clarified that the actress has persisted in breaking the Board’s rules despite receiving numerous warnings for her “crude dressing and vulgar displays.”
For the following 12 months, Samha was prohibited from making any film appearances.
The statement claimed that the action was taken in response to several complaints about her behaviour that were made by Kano residents.
