60 aides have been appointed by Yusuf Imam, also known as Ogan Boye, the Nassarawa Local Government Chairman in Kano State, to fill a variety of positions in his administration.

This was stated in a letter written by Hon. Ado Muhd Hotoro, the Local Government Secretary, dated January 6, 2024.

Directors-general, special reporters, personal assistants, and special assistants are among the positions filled by the appointments.

The letter stated that the nominations were made on the basis of commitment, honesty, diligence, and merit.

The letter made clear that the appointments were chosen with the intention of enhancing the council’s operations and guaranteeing the effective provision of its services to the public.

“Sequel to the efforts of the Honourable Chairman of Nassarawa Local Government to promote and develop the local government area, I wish to convey the approval for the appointment of the following prominent individuals to various roles across different fields and professions,” part of the letter reads.

Principal Personnel Secretary (P.P.S.) Jamilu D. Attahir, Personal Assistant on Documentation Rabilu Muhd Gama, and Personal Assistant on Domestic Affairs Kabiru Ishak Hannafi are among the important appointments.

Other noteworthy appointments include Halima Abubakar as Women Leader, Auwal Abdullahi as Chief Protocol, and Hassan Shehu Adamu as Special Assistant for Media.

The Chairman urged the new hires to perform their tasks with commitment and determination, expressing his confidence in their talents.
