According to Managing Director/Chief Executive Officer of Keystone Bank, Mr. Hassan Imam, “At Keystone Bank, we recognise that education is the foundation of a prosperous society. By investing in the renovation of schools like Sarki Sambo L.G.E.A Primary School, we are not only enhancing learning conditions for children but also contributing to the overall development of our nation.”

The project was executed under the Keystone Bank Educational Support Initiative, which aims to create a more conducive learning environment for young learners. His Royal Highness, the Emir of Zazzau, Ahmed Bamalli, commended the bank for its investment in education, noting that such initiatives are vital for shaping the future of the region’s children.

In Ekiti State, Keystone Bank donated interactive boards and automated time attendance systems to four secondary schools, including Government College, Ado-Ekiti; Government College, Ikere-Ekiti; Ikogosi High School; and Paropo Grammar School in Ido-Ekiti. Mrs Helen Maiyegun, Directorate Head for Lagos Island and West at Keystone Bank, said, “Through initiatives like this, we aim to empower students and educators with the tools they need to thrive in a technology-driven world.”

The Commissioner of Education in Ekiti State, Dr Olabimpe Aderiye, expressed her gratitude, highlighting that the donation would help bridge the digital divide and improve the learning experience for both students and teachers. With these initiatives, Keystone Bank continues to demonstrate its role as a socially responsible corporate entity, committed to fostering a brighter future for Nigerian students and contributing to the development of the education sector
