Kizz Daniel announces break from recording, to focus on family

Nigerian music star Daniel Anidugbe, better known as Kizz Daniel, has hinted at a possible retirement from the music industry.

The singer, who recently dropped an EP titled Lemon Chase, is already promoting a follow-up project named Orange Chase. He revealed that the back-to-back releases are part of a plan to share a backlog of unreleased music reportedly over 600 tracks before stepping away from the spotlight.

Shortly after he announced the lineup of guest artists on his upcoming EP, ‘Orange Chase’ on X, a fan wrote, “VADO wan finish us with over feeding”

Responding, Kizz Daniel said, “I have over 600 songs I want to dish out before I hang boot , so.”

In a separate update, he revealed plans to pause music recording in order to spend more time with his loved ones.

He wrote, “No more recording for me …. Just enjoying life like it should be …. My family don diss me say I choose studio over them, I’m changing.”
