Real Madrid forward Kylian Mbappe withdrew his allegations of harassment and attempted extortion against Paris Saint-Germain (PSG) on Monday.
However, according to L’Equipe, Mbappe is still pursuing his appeal concerning the €55 million compensation he claims from the French club.
Earlier, Mbappe had filed legal action against PSG, accusing them of attempting to coerce him into signing a new contract in 2023 by excluding him from training with the team.
Following Mbappe’s complaint of moral harassment, a judicial inquiry was launched.
The case, initiated on 16th May, focuses on PSG’s treatment of Mbappe during the summer of 2023 when the 26-year-old was sidelined from the first team.
Recently, two investigating magistrates were appointed, and the investigation was formally opened.
Mbappe left PSG last year on a free transfer to join Real Madrid.
Since his arrival, the former Monaco star has made a notable impact for the Spanish giants.
