In Beloit, Wisconsin, USA, a mother is accused of murdering her 14-year-old daughter and reportedly told a police dispatcher that she did it to “protect her” from Elon Musk.
As detailed in a probable cause affidavit acquired by People, on March 20, the Rock County Sheriff’s Office received a call to its non-emergency line from 41-year-old Tyiece Oninski, who admitted to murdering her 14-year-old daughter the previous night.
According to reports, Oninski informed the dispatcher that she had fatally stabbed her daughter in their shared home with the victim’s grandfather.
Additionally, she asserted that she had tried to take her own life but was unsuccessful.
According to the affidavit, Oninski stated that upon realizing she was not going to die, she called the authorities.
The dispatcher inquired of Oninski whether her daughter required an ambulance, to which Oninski purportedly replied, “She’s d3ad honey, she needs a hearse.”
According to the affidavit, the victim was discovered in a pool of her own blood on a “four-season porch that was being used as a bedroom,” and authorities located a black pocket knife close to her body.
Oninski is said to have claimed she m3rdered her child to “protect her from somebody else,” later clarifying that the “somebody else” referred to billionaire Elon Musk.
According to the affidavit, Oninski did not provide further details about her reasoning.
After being brought to the hospital for treatment, Oninski reportedly asked police “enthusiastically” if her name was “all over the news yet” and appeared disappointed to find out it was not.
Authorities are said to have discovered evidence of benzodiazepines, amphetamines, and THC in Oninski’s blood.
Oninski was taken into custody and accused of intentional homicide in the first degree.
