A young woman revealed a terrifying experience after learning that her landlady’s son was surreptitiously filming her in her own restroom, according to a ZINGTIE reporter.

She believed she had discovered seclusion and tranquility when she moved into a self-contained apartment. The landlady, Mama Kemi, was kind to her, and the compound was peaceful. Dayo, her 21-year-old son, was a recluse who was constantly engrossed in his phone.

But she started to feel watched after a few months. An unpleasant sense crept in after each bath, as if invisible eyes had been watching her from behind a locked door.

Then she unexpectedly entered the main house one night during a blackout. The sight of Dayo laying in bed with her phone in hand and watching a video of her taking a bath—the pink towel, the precise tiles—stopped her cold. It was her bathroom.

She let out a scream. The landlady came in quickly. Despite Dayo’s distress, the truth was already known. The older woman fainted when she showed the footage to Mama Kemi.

According to police investigations, he taped a disguised phone in the bathroom window frame after drilling a tiny hole in it, gathering more than 20 private clips.

The trauma still exists even though she has already moved out. “Please, inspect your rented bathroom, privacy isn’t always what it seems. Evil hides in silence” she warns.“
