Senator Natasha Akpoti-Uduaghan, a federal legislator, openly threatened Osita Ngwu, a colleague from the Enugu West Senatorial District, over remarks that were removed from WhatsApp.

Akpoti-Uduaghan has vowed to bring up the matter on the Senate floor, despite the fact that the specifics of the aforementioned WhatsApp exchange between the two senators are still unknown.

In a Facebook post on Sunday, Akpoti-Uduaghan publicly threatened Senator Osita Ngwu.

She wrote, “Dear Senator Osita Ngwu of Enugu Enugu West Senatorial District, you will open responses in the Senators WhatsApp forum and repost my deleted comments.

“Else I’ll bring the discussion to the public domain.”

Recall that due to a sex accusation against Senate President Godswill Akpabio, the Kogi Central Senator received a six-month suspension in March.

But Senator Natasha returned to the Red Chamber in September following a six-month suspension.

During her six-month suspension from the National Assembly, the Kogi Central Senator recently explained why her fellow senators did not support her.

During the commissioning of a new market in Okene, Kogi State, Natasha made the revelation. She said that many of her colleagues were unable to assist her at the time due to fear of political persecution.

She said that other senators contacted her in private to show support, emphasizing that they refrained from publicly endorsing her out of concern for potential political repercussions.
