Nollywood actress, Chika Ike, has responded to rumors suggesting that Senator Ned Nwoko, representing Delta North Senatorial District, is the father of her child.

Reports surfaced on social media after Ike recently shared maternity photos on Instagram announcing the birth of her baby, with claims that she was set to become the senator’s seventh wife.

In response, the actress made it clear that Ned Nwoko is not the father of her child.

She stated that she has no intention of being anyone’s seventh wife.

“Ned isn’t the father of my child and whoever name you might come up with later with your guessing games and like I’ve said before, I’m not about to be anyone’s 7th wife! Polygamy isn’t for me,” she said in an Instagram post on Tuesday.

Earlier, Senator Ned Nwoko, through his media office, denied any involvement with Chika Ike’s pregnancy or plans to marry her as his seventh wife.
