“We are proud to partner with Nestlé Nigeria Plc in ensuring that our employees receive the support they need in times of crisis,” said Barrister Oluwaseun Faleye, Managing Director of NSITF. “Claims of this magnitude demonstrate the ECS’s capacity to act as a genuine safety-net for workers and their families.

Hon Mojisolaoluwa Alli-Macaulay, Executive Director, Operations, praised Nestlé’s commitment to compliance, saying, “Nestlé’s rigorous compliance sets the benchmark for multinationals operating in Nigeria.” This partnership highlights the importance of collaboration between organizations and social insurance funds in supporting workers’ welfare.

The NSITF has made significant strides in streamlining its claims process, reducing average processing times by over 40% since launching its digital claims portal in 2023. With over 22,000 claims handled in 2024, the Fund remains dedicated to providing support to workers in need.

“We urge employers of all sizes to remain up-to-date with contributions, ensuring that their employees receive the benefits they deserve,” the NSITF emphasized. This initiative serves as a shining example of corporate social responsibility in action, providing vital support to those in need
