Nicki Minaj describes Davido with perfect words

Nigerian Afrobeat musician Davido is a remarkable songwriter and melody maker, according to well-known rapper Nicki Minaj.

She disclosed this when outlining the motivations behind her most recent partnership with Davido.

According to ZINGTIE, the singer and Davido recently worked together on her most recent effort, “If It’s Okay.”

But when a fan enquired about her motivation, Minaj said that she was motivated by her wish to include an Afrobeat feel into her songs.

She called the Afrobeat artist an amazing music producer in a statement posted on her X Twitter.

“That man is an incredible writer & melody maker. It is always a pleasure working with him because of our mutual respect for one another. I asked him to be a part of it to bring out the Afro beats tempo/feeling in it a bit more. Naija to the world.”
