The National Identity Management Commission (NIMC) has reviewed its prices for products and services after a decade of maintaining the same pricing structure. According to a statement signed by NIMC Head of Corporate Communications, Dr Kayode Adegoke, the Commission “conducted a comprehensive review to ensure alignment with current operational costs and industry standards.”

The revised pricing structure aims to maintain the quality and integrity of NIMC’s services while ensuring affordability and accessibility for Nigerians. Dr Adegoke stated, “The new prices will take effect immediately.” He added, “NIMC warns all Front-End Partners (FEPs) to adhere strictly to the new pricing structure. Any FEP found charging more than the approved rates will face sanctions, including licence revocation.”
NIMC is committed to protecting the interests of Nigerians and ensuring that its services are delivered at fair and transparent prices. The new pricing structure will be published on NIMC’s website, (link unavailable), where it will be accessible to all Nigerians and relevant stakeholders
Dr Adegoke expressed NIMC’s commitment to providing secure and reliable identity services to Nigerians. He encouraged the public to report any FEP charging above the approved rates to the inspectorate and enforcement unit via iee@nimc.gov.ng or call 08155015388.
The NIMC DG/CEO, Engr Abisoye Coker-Odusote, expressed her deep appreciation to President Tinubu, the Honourable Minister of Interior, Dr Olubunmi Tunji-Ojo, harmonisation partners, management, and staff of NIMC for their support. Dr Adegoke said, “We encourage the public to report any FEP charging above the approved rates to our inspectorate and enforcement unit.” He also quoted the DG/CEO as saying, “She wishes to thank Nigerians, sister agencies, and all its partners for their steadfast support.”
