According to the African Democratic Congress, ADC, it is not aware of anyone suing it over the leadership dispute.

Bolaji Abdullahi, the party’s national publicity secretary, made this claim on Wednesday in an interview with Channels Television’s Politics Today show.

“We are not aware that anybody is in court against ADC. What we have is the completion of the administrative process of changing the leadership of the ADC.

“What we have found is that people hold press conferences and make claims as well as threats.

“But in the end, they know they can’t follow the hollowness of their standing,” he said.

According to ZINGTIE, the ADC’s leadership was acknowledged by the Independent National Electoral Commission, or INEC, on Wednesday. Former Senate President David Mark served as the organization’s national chairman, and former Interior Minister Rauf Aregbesola served as its national secretary.
