Super Eagles striker, Victor Osimhen, has ramped up his recovery from injury, according to DAILY POST.

Osimhen is currently recovering from the arm injury he sustained during Okan Buruk’s side’s UEFA Champions League match against Liverpool last month.

The 27-year-old spent the previous week working in the gym after undergoing surgery.

An update shared on Galatasaray’s official website confirms that the forward has now started doing running drills on the field with the assistance of a physiotherapist.

Osimhen is expected to return to full-team training by April 20.

This timeline will put the powerful forward in contention to face Fenerbahçe in the Intercontinental Derby just a few days later.

Galatasaray will be playing away against Göztepe in a league game on Wednesday (today).
