‘Peter Obi is coming – Obidient Movement declares after doing this in Kano

The Obidient Movement has urged Nigerians to anticipate Peter Obi, the former presidential candidate of the Labour Party, returning.

When the Kano State chapter of the movement announced the appointment of Ward Coordinators in the Municipal Local Government Area, it declared, “Peter Obi is coming.”

Yunusa Tanko, the movement’s national coordinator, stated in a statement that the Peter Obi Prosperity Cap was unveiled to commemorate the event.

The statement said: “As the Obidient Movement continues to cascade down to the grassroots, the Kano State chapter has successfully inaugurated Ward Coordinators in the Municipal Local Government Area, one of the most strategic and influential LGAs in Kano State.

“The occasion was marked in grand style with the official unveiling of the ‘Peter Obi Prosperity Cap’ – symbolising the journey from consumption to production, and a collective stand against hunger, disdain, and the misappropriation of public funds.”

Jigawa and Katsina State officials joined their Kano counterparts in solidarity, the statement said, promising to bring this new effort back home and spread the word throughout their states.

“The Prosperity Cap is a symbol for all Nigerians – a call to action for good governance, accountability, and a better future under Peter Obi’s leadership.

‘PETER OBI IS COMING. A New Nigeria is POssible,’” it added.
