Hector David Jr., a Power Rangers actor, was given a jail sentence for attacking an elderly man in July of 2024.
The actor pleaded guilty to misdemeanor battery for attacking a guy with a walker in a parking lot in Nampa, Idaho, and was given a 180-day prison term on Wednesday, with the judge suspending 135 days of it.
Judge Matthew B. Schelstrate further mandated that the actor keep a spotless record or else he would have to spend longer time in detention than the allotted 45 days.
In addition, the court sentenced David to two years of supervised probation and required him to perform 100 hours of community service.
Recalling Hector David got into a fight with an old man in July 2024 over a parking space in Nampa, Idaho, last year?
But when the incident got out of hand, David pushed the man to the ground and drove away.
He was later accused with violence and the police issued an arrest warrant.
