The smallest species of antelope is the dik-dik. The desert regions of Eastern and Southern Africa are where they are most commonly seen, and they like to live in couples.

Diki-diks can outrun lions, leopards, and cheetahs by running up to 42 kilometers per hour. The fact that every member of this species kills itself after splitting from their partner is astounding.

The surviving partner usually passes away shortly after the first, either from natural disasters or animal attacks. When it comes to loyalty, family members are usually the most trustworthy individuals you will ever meet.

Suicide is the act of giving one’s body to a cannibal.

Because of the terrible pain they endure and the ensuing social isolation, dik-diks often commit suicide after losing a loved one. This custom is strictly followed when a woman has just given birth.

The majority of kids don’t truly feel prepared to live away from their parents until they are adults.

The warden dik-diks estimate their longevity to be just over four years because other creatures can destroy them so easily. Gloves must also come into contact with these animals’ skins, which is an awful process.
