Commodore Aminu Shehu has been named the new Chief of Staff in the Rivers State Government House by Vice Admiral Ibokette Ibas (retd.), the Rivers State Administrator.

With the appointment of Commodore Shehu, a Hausa man, to a crucial leadership role, the state’s administration undergoes a dramatic change.

His appointment demonstrates the administrator’s dedication to competence, inclusivity, and efficient government, putting expertise ahead of ethnic issues.

With extensive expertise in strategic planning, security, and leadership, Commodore Shehu is a seasoned military officer.
