The anxiety was high in the quiet chamber where Amanda was waiting to be executed. The entire nation had been following her case—a mother was charged with the horrific crime of stealing Judge Samuel Turner’s daughter Olivia and killing her. The trial proceeded swiftly and harshly, the evidence appeared convincing, and the public had already concluded she was guilty. Amanda received compensation once the state apologised, but money couldn’t make up for the years she had lost.

Amanda and Emily found solace in one another as they went on. They departed from the location where they had endured so much suffering and started fresh. Amanda’s story evolved into one of courage and optimism, serving as a constant reminder that the truth would eventually surface no matter how well-hidden.

Their wounds started to heal with time. After suffering from a horrible injustice, Amanda and Emily rose to become icons of tenacity. Because of everything they had gone through, their relationship was unshakeable. As long as they had each other, they could overcome anything, therefore they looked forward to the future together.
