Senator Abdulaziz Musa Yar’adua, who represents Katsina Central, has dismissed speculation suggesting he intends to leave the All Progressives Congress (APC).

In a statement issued on Sunday night, Yar’adua refuted claims that he is preparing to join the African Democratic Congress (ADC), labeling the reports as unfounded and driven by misleading media narratives.

He reaffirmed his loyalty to the APC and expressed continued support for President Bola Tinubu.

“I urge the press to disregard any speculative headlines suggesting my defection from the party.

“It’s essential to clarify that not all individuals sharing the Yar’Adua surname imply a political association with me,” he added.

“I wish to categorically reaffirm my unwavering commitment and support for the All Progressives Congress (APC),” the statement read.
