In order to assume his position as Senator Representing the Plateau South Senatorial District in the Senate, Lalong is resigning from the position.
A statement written by Dr. Makut Simon Macham, Special Advisor to the departing Minister on Media, confirmed his departure.
It was disclosed that on Tuesday, December 19, 2023, the letter was delivered to Tinubu.
