Al Nassr legend Fahad Al-Bishi has urged Cristiano Ronaldo to leave the club and retire from professional football.

He criticized the Portuguese star for prioritizing his personal achievements over the team’s success.

Al-Bishi believes Ronaldo has negatively impacted the club in several games by missing crucial goal-scoring chances and suggested that retirement would be the best option to preserve his legacy.

In an interview with Koora via VN Express, Al-Bishi said retirement would help Ronaldo protect the reputation he has built over the years.

“…Ronaldo only cares about his statistics, not Al Nassr.

“Ronaldo has broken many records, but he’s also cost the team points with missed chances. I admire Ronaldo, but I suggest he consider retirement and focus on protecting the legacy he’s built. Physically, he can no longer meet the demands he expects of himself.

“I can’t accept that Ronaldo appeared frustrated with his teammates. He should have done better with his chances. Age comes with limitations,” he said.

Ronaldo joined Al Nassr in 2022 after parting ways with Manchester United.
