Cristiano Ronaldo, the captain of Al Nassr, maintained his pursuit of reaching 1,000 career goals by netting a goal in their victory over Al Fateh (2-0) on Saturday.

In the 18th minute of the Saudi Pro League match, Ronaldo scored the first goal.

This was his 18th goal of the season.

Throughout his career, the 41-year-old has now netted a total of 962 goals.

Ronaldo was coming back to action after his individual protest regarding transfers in the league.

His goal not only secured the three points but also extended his remarkable scoring streak since his arrival in Saudi Arabia.

As Al Nassr continues its pursuit of domestic accolades, the timely victory serves as a boost, with Ronaldo once more proving crucial upon his return to the field.
