Babcock University in Ogun State has expelled student Oladipupo Siwajuola for “gross violation of university rules.” The decision follows a thorough investigation that revealed a series of severe infractions, including impersonation, drug peddling, and engaging in occult practices.

According to the university, Oladipupo was found guilty of multiple offenses, including unauthorized campus exit, possession and use of fetish materials, drug peddling, impersonation, and dishonesty. The university stated that the decision to dismiss him was made in line with its disciplinary policy, which aims to uphold a secure and morally sound learning environment.

The university clarified that Oladipupo had been staying in Lagos with a friend, contrary to his mother’s claims of abduction. Upon his return to school, Oladipupo voluntarily gave a detailed statement to the institution’s Security Services Department, admitting to purchasing and using fetish substances and peddling illicit drugs on campus.

The university also revealed that Oladipupo impersonated another student, sold his phone without permission, and borrowed money to fund gambling ventures. Babcock University reiterated its commitment to transparency, discipline, and moral integrity in handling student affairs.
