TB Joshua: Confront your religious leaders when they’re alive – Shehu Sani on BBC documentary

Senator Shehu Sani, a former federal lawmaker, denounced the posthumous accusations against Prophet TB Joshua, a late Nigerian televangelist.

ZINGTIE remembers that a BBC broadcast had exposed purported crimes the late prophet had done during his lifetime.

No fewer than 25 eyewitnesses allegedly accused T.B. Joshua of sexual assault, physical abuse, staged miracles, and trauma, according to the documentary that was released on Monday.

Social media users discuss the development and express differing opinions about the claims.

Shehu Sani responded by lamenting in a post on his official X Twitter that the prophet could no longer defend himself against the accusations.

He encouraged people to voice their concerns to their religious leaders while they were still alive.

He wrote, “If you have any issues against your Pastors or Alfas or Imams, please confront them with it when they are alive and not when they are gone and have no right of reply.”
