Erik ten Hag, the manager of Manchester United, will embark on the team’s preseason tour of the United States this summer along with 29 players.

Ten Hag has made a choice that combines youth and experience.

The Red Devils will play Real Betis in San Diego on August 1 and Arsenal in Los Angeles on July 28.

On August 3, the US tour will come to an end in Columbia against bitter rivals Liverpool.

Senior players who competed in Copa America and the European Championship have been granted additional time off to recuperate.

The 29-man United team for the tour of the USA:

Goalkeepers: Dermot Mee, Radek Vitek, Tom Heaton, and Andre Onana.

Defenders: Sam Murray, Aaron Wan-Bissaka, Harry Maguire, Harry Amass, Rhys Bennett, Jonny Evans, Will Fish, Victor Lindelof, and Leny Yoro.

Midfielders: Casemiro, Toby Collyer, Christian Eriksen, Hannibal, Jack Fletcher, Sam Mather, Scott McTominay, Mason Mount, Maxi Oyedele, James Scanlon

Attackers: Antony, Amad, Rasmus Hojlund, Marcus Rashford, Jadon Sancho, Ethan Wheatley.
