According to Punch, a tragic event occurred in Barkin Sale, Minna, Niger State, when 25-year-old Usman Mohammed was slain following a fight with his girlfriend.

When Usman went to see Halima Usman at her house in the Deeper Life Upper Base area, the regrettable incident took place.

There were three young males who approached the couple while they were seated outside: Barafi, Ayya, and an unidentified person.

The three reportedly tried to lure Halima with an offer of N5,000, which she quickly turned down.

The men persisted in provocating and embarrassing Usman despite Halima’s rejection.
