Former Arsenal midfielder Thomas Partey has had his bail conditions outlined after appearing before Westminster Magistrates’ Court in London on Tuesday.

As part of his bail terms, Partey is prohibited from contacting any of the women involved in the case. He is also required to inform the police of any permanent change of address or plans to travel internationally.

During the hearing, Chief Magistrate Paul Goldspring appeared to confirm Partey’s move to Spanish side Villarreal, stating, “I understand he’s no longer employed in this country and playing in Spain now.”

Partey is scheduled to appear at the Old Bailey on September 2.

The 32-year-old is facing six serious charges five counts of rape and one of sexual assault relating to incidents involving three different women.

The Ghanaian international officially left Arsenal at the end of June when his contract with the club expired. He was formally charged just four days after his departure from the North London side.
