Afrobeats star Tiwa Savage has denied accusations of trolling her Grammy-winning colleague, Wizkid.
There had been rumors suggesting that Savage had taken jabs at Wizkid after an alleged fallout between the two years ago.
The controversy began when a Wizkid fan expressed support for Savage, reassuring her of Starboy’s fanbase’s backing. However, another fan responded by claiming that Savage had previously trolled Wizkid, suggesting they shouldn’t offer her support.
This led a fan to ask XAI (Grok) whether Savage had indeed trolled Wizkid. The bot responded that there was no evidence of such behavior.
Clearing her name, Tiwa Savage wrote, “Thank you o, have never done that. But they have just run with this narrative, and I have just kept quiet.”
It’s worth noting that Tiwa Savage and Wizkid sparked dating rumors after their undeniable chemistry in the 2018 music video for Fever. However, both artists later confirmed that they were never in a romantic relationship.
