At the Istanbul Airport, Victor Osimhen was mobbed by Galatasaray fans before finalising a loan transfer from Napoli.

Images of a gathering waiting for the Nigerian striker at the airport started to circulate on social media before to his departure from Italy in a private jet.

Osimhen received a hero’s welcome upon his final arrival in Turkey.

The supporters excitedly applauded and chanted, and Osimhen returned the favour by joining in.

Galatasaray is expected to sign the 25-year-old to a one-year loan agreement.

It is understood that the contract contains a break option that, should Galatasaray get a sum in January, would allow Osimhen to go for another team.

Additionally, Napoli lowered their €75 million release clause.
