Legendary Liverpool player Graeme Souness has stated that Raheem Sterling would be unaffordable for any of Chelsea’s Premier League rivals.

Sterling was dropped from the Blues’ roster by new manager Enzo Maresca, and he is scheduled to depart Stamford Bridge this summer.

The England winger appears headed for the exit door after playing only one meaningful game under Maresca this season.

However, Souness claimed there is no market for Sterling while appearing on talkSPORT.

“Where is the market for Raheem Sterling? Saudi Arabia, end of.

“And the kind of money he would want, he’s not going to get that again in England.

“The kind of transfer fee Chelsea would want, I don’t think there’s going to be anyone in England,” Souness said.
