According to celebrity Nigerian influencer Tunde Ednut, Regina Daniels’ public presence with her purported new partner overseas prompted her estranged husband, Senator Ned Nwoko, to arrest her best friend.

In an Instagram post on Monday night, Tunde made this assertion in response to Ned Nwoko over the arrest of Ann, the best friend of actress Regina Daniels.

According to ZINGTIE, Ann was taken into custody by Lagos State police on Monday after the senator accused her of stealing and other crimes.

A few days prior, the senator’s estranged wife was spotted in a club with a new man.

But in response to Ann’s incarceration, Ednut asked the senator to let Regina Daniels go and move on.

The influencer acknowledged Nwoko’s impact while writing, “You don’t have to keep trying to arrest her family members all the time. It’s enough. We know you are powerful and influential, but it’s ok sir. Grandpa, at this point, you have to move on sir.

“DEAR NED NWOKO SIR. Pa Ned Nwoko don find another strategy to arrest that small girl’s brother again.

“Sir, it’s time to let that girl go sir. She no want you anymore, just leave her and her family alone.

“I know it’s that picture of her alleged new boyfriend’s hand on her soft hips that triggered this new arrest, but sir, you have to find it somewhere in your heart to let that beautiful, fresh warm skinned, tomato Jos, soft yansh, talented young girl go. Grandpa please sir.

“You are a senator sir, don’t forget you have work to do ooo!”, he stated.
