Victor Osimhen scored twice as Galatasaray defeated Rizespor 2-1 at the Caykur Didi Stadium on Monday night.
Osimhen opened the scoring for Galatasaray two minutes after the break.
Gambia international, Ali Sowe, equalized for the home team seven minutes later, with another Nigerian, David Akintola, providing the assist.
Osimhen then scored the winning goal for Galatasaray four minutes from time.
The 26-year-old played the entire duration of the game.
The powerful striker has so far scored 12 goals in 18 league appearances for the Yellow and Reds this season.
Okan Buruk’s side holds the top spot on the table with 63 points from 23 games.
