Super Eagles forward Victor Osimhen has revealed his deep admiration for three football icons, naming Lionel Messi, Cristiano Ronaldo, and Neymar as his favorites.
The Napoli striker, in a recent interview with media personality Daddy Freeze, shared that he holds these players in such high regard that he wouldn’t mind posing for a photo with them—even in the face of a crushing defeat.
“I used to say to my friends, the day I am going to play against Ronaldo, Messi, or Neymar…
“These are legends, people I love so much, I’m taking a picture with them. I don’t care, even if we lose 10-0.”
Osimhen is currently enjoying his off-season break following a strong showing during his loan spell at Galatasaray. At 26, the Nigerian striker is expected to make a decision soon regarding his next move in club football.
